Grace Point estates was created in August of 2001. This neighborhood consists of 26 homesites - 23 of which are lakefront lots - ranging in size from .79 acres to 4.88 acres. Seven of the homesites are on a quiet cove, while the rest are mostly on the main channel or on a point.

Gracie Point Estates is located on the south side of the lake - the N.C. Highway 268 side, and is accessed directly off of N.C. Highway 268 on Grace Drive. Traveling west on N.C. 268, Grace Drive is the 3rd street past Goshen Fire Department.
